WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We offer Worldwide shipping for a fixed price and it usually ships in 3-5 days. We use Fedex and they deliver the order to your door. Thats why its important that you enter a working email address and phone number to ensure that you get your bag promptly!

Accessories and badges are shipped with normal mail.

HOW ARE DUFFLER BAGS UNIQUE?

Each of our bags come with its own unique identity number embroidered on the side, making every bag an individual. With this number, you can register your bag with our DUFFLER World app.

WHERE ARE THE BAGS MADE?

Our bags are designed in Sweden and manufactured in Asia.

WHAT ABOUT THE 10-YEAR WARRANTY?

Yes, all DUFFLER bags come with a 10-year warranty. If a DUFFLER bag covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, DUFFLER will repair the product without charge, or replace it at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this warranty. Read more about our 10-year warrantyhere.

All DUFFLER Bags are primarily sold online with worldwide shipping. You could also find our bags in a number of stores around the world.

THE BADGES

HOW DO I GET A BADGE?

There are two ways to get a badge:

  1. You’ve achieved one of your goals in the DUFFLER World App! Congrats! Now you could order a badge in the app. DUFFLER will send you the badge to the address you have registered in the app. So make sure its up to date.
  2. You could order custom-made badges in our web shop.
WHAT ARE THE BADGES MADE OF?

Our badges are made from real leather and fitted with velcro to attach and show it off on the front of your bag. The leather patch is then laser-engraved.

IMAGES USED IN THE APP

The majority of all images used in our App are released under the Creative Commons License and are free to use. Some images have also been provided to us by their Photographers. None of the images belong to DUFFLER so far.

COULD THE BEACON HELP ME FIND THE BAG?

The beacon acts as an alarm to prevent theft. As your bag moves away from you in a short distance, your phone will ring and vibrate. When the alarm goes of you will be able to trace the bag as long as it is within 150m of range. It does not contain a GPS, so it will not be possible to get the location of a missing bag with help of the beacon.

SPECIFICATION OF THE BEACON

The beacon weighs approx 50 grams and has an expected battery life of 3 years. It is water resistant and has no buttons. The beacon uses Bluetooth to connect to your smartphone.

HOW TO EXTEND BATTERY LIFETIME OF THE BEACON

The beacon is designed for maximum battery lifetime, with a special “sleeping” feature when it’s not moving and other parameters. In ideal scenarios, the battery could last more then three years, but if kept in a very cold climate, its lifetime will likely be reduced. The battery is not meant to be replaced, as the beacon is sealed for water resistance, Should your battery deplete, notify us and we will replace your beacon for a small fee.

 

WARRANTY & REPAIRS

WILL MY DUFFLER ONE BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED?
If your warranted DUFFLER One bag fails due to a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, our first action will be to attempt to repair the item, free of charge. If the product is not repairable, or if the cost of repairing the item exceeds the cost of a new one, we will replace it. Unfortunately, we are not able to keep your old Bag’s ID but we will transfer all data and badges to the new bag so that your adventures can continue without disruption. If your DUFFLER One bag has other special memories attached to it that make it irreplaceable to you, please indicate so on the Warranty Return Form and we will not replace it and it will be returned to you together with a new bag.
I HAVE A BROKEN ZIPPER, CAN IT BE REPLACED?

The main zipper could be replaced by a professional even it’s a little bit tricky. Please contact us atsupport@duffler.com and we will provide you with a replacement zipper.

I HAVE A BROKEN BUCKLE, CAN IT BE REPLACED?

Buckles are easy to replace and we’ll send you a replacement at no cost. Just drop us an email atsupport@duffler.com to request a replacement buckle. Please provide your name and address, along with a photo and description of the buckle, including the width of the buckle strap in inches.

WHAT DOES A REPAIR COST?

The cost of repairs not covered by the 10-year warranty varies from one repair to another, depending on the cost of the materials and length of time it takes for us to do the repair. After your product is evaluated, we’ll send you an email with the final repair costs, and request that you call us to approve the charges.

WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING WITH REPAIRS?

As stated in our warranty policy, the customer pays the shipping charges to send the bag to us. If your repair is covered by the 10-year warranty, DUFFLER will cover the return shipping charges using regular mail. Shipping charges for all non-warranty repairs are at the owner’s expense. 

IS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR COVERED BY WARRANTY?

The DUFFLER 10-Year warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, but it does not cover normal wear and tear. Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use of your bag. Regardless of how carefully you are with your bag, it will sooner or later begin to show age and wear. Common examples that would not be covered under the lifetime warranty include fading colors, abrasions on the bottom of the bag from rubbing when you drag the bag out of cars, etc.
