Yes and No. The DUFFLER World App is used for connecting you with the DUFFLER Crowd. It also keep track of your achievements and let your order badges. But its also possible to just enjoy your DUFFLER bag without the app and order the badges you want from our webshop.
Every DUFFLER bags comes with an ID number. And the ID number is a combination of the model nr (starting with a D) and the Individual id (3 digits in red). You combine these 2 numbers when registering the bag in the World App.
There are two ways to get a badge:
You’ve achieved one of your goals in the DUFFLER World App! Congrats! Now you could order a badge via the app. DUFFLER will send you the badge to the address you have registered in the app. So make sure its up to date.
Secondly, you could also order custom-made badges in our web shop.
Every bag comes with a number (3-5 depending of the model) of badges included in the price. These badges are added to your user account in the DUFFLER World App. When you have consumed the included badges you could order more in our webshop.
The badges are made of real leather and fitted with Velcro. The message on the badge is laser engraved for great detail.
Our bags are mainly sold via our webshop. But they also start to find their way to retailers around the world. We will soon let you know more about that.
By law, we are required to charge Value Added Tax (VAT) to our customers in Sweden and EU. But we are not required to charge tax to countries outside of the EU. To show this, we display two different prices.
For customers outside EU no VAT is added but you might need to pay a custom fee according to the rules of your country.
We accept payments in the currencie Euro, GBP and USD.
Please select the desired currency from the options in the bottom left side of the page. The website will then display the prices in that currency and charge you in that currency.
We offer global shipping with Fedex to most countries in the world at a fixed price.
Smaller Accessories and badges are shipped with normal mail service.
Items are normally ready for shipment within 2-3 days. And they are shipped to your door via Fedex. Actual transit times are 2 to 7 days from shipment.
Products that should be personalized will take a couple of days extra.
You will receive a shipping confirmation notice via email when your order has left the warehouse. It will contain information to track your order. If there are any issues with the shipping, please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org
Yes, all DUFFLER bags come with a 10-year warranty. If a DUFFLER bag covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, DUFFLER will repair the product without charge, or replace it at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this warranty. Read more about our 10-year warranty here.
The beacon acts as an alarm to prevent theft. As your bag moves away from you in a short distance, your phone will sound and vibrate. When the alarm goes of you will be able to trace the bag as long as it is within 150m of range. The beacon does not contain a GPS, so it will not be possible to get the location of a missing bag with help of the beacon.
If your warranted DUFFLER bag fails due to a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, our first action will be to attempt to repair the item, free of charge. If the product is not repairable, or if the cost of repairing the item exceeds the cost of a new one, we will replace it. Unfortunately, we are not able to keep your old Bag’s ID but we will transfer all data and badges to the new bag so that your adventures can continue without disruption. If your DUFFLER bag has other special memories attached to it that make it irreplaceable to you, please indicate so on the Warranty Return Form and we will not replace it and it will be returned to you together with a new bag.
Most uckles are easy to replace and we’ll send you a replacement at no cost. Just drop us an email at email@example.com to request a replacement buckle. Please provide your name and address, along with a photo and description of the buckle, including the width of the buckle strap in inches.
