SWEDISH 25% VAT 
For customers inside EU the Swedish VAT of 25% is included in the price.

PERSONAL DETAILS 

When you register at the DUFFLER online shop your personal details will be registered. DUFFLER will handle all personal details with the utmost care. We only collect information about you to process your order. We will never pass your personal details or order details to any other company, other than the ones involved in processing your order.

You have the right to view your personal details upon request. If they are wrong, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to demand that the files be corrected or deleted. In case of circumstances such as attempted fraud the personal details can be given to the police or other authorities.

SHIPPING

IMPORTANT INFORMATION / TAX FREE SHOPPING: 

All packages are sent with Fedex they usually deliver between 1-5 business days, so filling out your work address is a tip if it’s where you usually spend your days. 

We don’t deliver to post office boxes, army post office and/or fleet post office addresses. 

Please bear in mind that everything ordered from our web shop is shipped from Sweden. This means that everyone that lives outside the European Union can and probably will be charged for tax, duty and brokerage fees upon receiving their order.

Estimated time of delivery 

Depending on where you live, worldwide shipping usually takes between 1-5 business days from the order date. Should more days pass, please contact shop@duffler.com and we will look into the matter. Use your order-number as subject line, and we'll be a lot faster. The estimated delivery times are guidelines, and keep in mind that time of delivery may be longer during periods of sales and public holidays. 

Shipping confirmation 

Shipping confirmation will be emailed to you once your order is shipped out including a tracking link. If you do not receive shipping confirmation, check the spam filter of your inbox. If you can't find it, contact shop@duffler.com and add us as a trusted contact to prevent emails sent from us getting lost in the future. 

Refused orders 

If you refuse your order or if we are unable to deliver the package because of wrong or faulty information, we will deduct the shipping and any other fees such as import tax and duty that's been added on from your refund as the invoices then will be turned to us. You will be reimbursed within 10 days from the day the package reaches our office, to the credit card/PayPal account used to place the order. DUFFLER cover insurance for each purchase during the time it's in transit until delivered to the specified address. If the order has gone missing, contact us as soon as possible and we'll start an investigation with Fedex. The investigation might take up to 10 business days and Fedex will contact us once the investigation is closed. And of course, you will be informed as soon as we get information from them.

PAYMENT OPTIONS 

We accept card payments by Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard and American Express. Check your bank and make sure your card does not have a block against online purchase through foreign sites.

We also accept PayPal. 

We do not accept pre-payments and therefore don’t take responsibility for any cash, checks or stamps that are sent via mail. 

We are not able to accept payments by check or bank transfers.
